Is anybody familar with the website www.realtytrac.com?

I want to know more about buying a home that has been foreclosed, but I want to learn the facts from the fiction. This website I'm asking about promotes foreclosures. I'm wondering if it is just another scam. It certainly appears that way.

1. Just look in your local paper for foreclosures. Don't get sucked up into an online scam.
2. If the home has been foreclosed and is now owned by the bank, they normally list them with a local realtor. If the home is still in the foreclosure process, i.e., the trustee's sale hasn't been held, you can deal with the homeowner directly, if they want to sell.
