foreclosed and bank short sales. Where do I get the info?

I would like to know where to get information regarding available property from foreclosures as well as bank, and HUD. Everywhere I look, someone wants me to sign up for the service. thanks

1. Just go to any real estate office and ask any realtor to print a list of all the properties listed as "bank owned" or "government owned". There is no charge for any services performed by a buyer's agent.

3. Jordan is correct. Banks don't sell their foreclosures, called REO's - real estate owned, direct they list them with Realtors. realtor.sailor
