Can a homeowner remove small barns and outbuildings from their property during foreclosure in Ohio?
and does anyone know where I can find a copy of the actual law online? Thanks!

- Not if they were already there when you bought the property. They are considered part of the entire loan. If you put them there after you purchased, and they were not used as part of the property value then they are considered your personal property.
- Probably not as they are security for the mortgage. Read your mortgage as it describes (legal description) the property and will say something to the effect of "and all improvements." That means all the structures are security for the mortgage. There's no law per se, it's what you agreed upon when you signed the mortgage. realtor.sailor
- No Anything permenently affixed to the property stays. Try that and you will be charged with Theft and Vandalism
