Currently working with Fannie Mae, if foreclosure in process wouldn't we receive notice?

1. They are required to send you notification of foreclosure. That being said if they are sending you notices that you are past due that will suffice as warning. I have been in the banking industry for over five years. Lenders do not have to write you a letter telling you they are starting the foreclosure process. You signed a contract that has all this information. How many months are you currently behind? When you say working with Fannie Mae how are you working with them? Did you get a refi or some sort of aid?
