certified bank letter for home foreclosure?

I have a home in Texas and I received a certified letter form the bank which has been returned because we did not know it was there. How long by law do I have to get my stuff out?

1. We don't know because the contents of the letter is unknown. What point in the foreclosure process are you at?
2. In Texas it's 21 days from the date the letter was to have been received. Even if you did not pick it up, once foreclosed (assuming it gets purchased) the new owner will file the eviction and you'll have another 30 days.
