Upcoming Foreclosures

What's the best website to search for foreclosures/pre-foreclosures/etc in San Diego?

There are so many different websites out there, I'm just looking to see if any one is better than the other. I've seen RealtyTrac, bankrepoproperties.net, and foreclosure.com to name a few. Any suggestions? Thank you!

1. All foreclosures must be posted at the County Recorder. Start there. Every one will be listed. It is free. Attend a foreclosure auction on the courthouse steps. Daily at noon. When the auction is over, ask to be put on the mailing list for that "trustee". They will do that. Free. Or go to the bank websites. www.PASREO.com has all of Wells Fargo's repos www.AMTRUST.com has theirs www.COUNTRYWIDE.com has theirs ( i don't work for any of them and all are free).
