I can see that you've been watching too many late night infomercials. The flipping frenzy is OVER and DONE. There are no 'hot deals' from the lenders anymore. They're having a tough time getting out of the property anything close to fair market value. If the lenders can't get it, neither can you. Time for you to rethink 'flipping' in this market.
