Upcoming Foreclosures

What site shows home foreclosures for free. most want to charge.?

Most sites want you to join for a price. Hud is supposed to have a public site at no charge. I can't find it. Thanks.

  1. your best shot would be to ring one of the major banks and see if they can supply you and list , as they would be keen for them to sell more than anyone
  2. HUD lists its own foreclosures at www.hud.gov. It does not cover other sorts of properties. Conventional foreclosures are listed by real estate brokerage agencies for disposition. All you need to is contact a local real estate agent to express your interest in foreclosed properties.
  3. There are sites out there that don't charge right off the bat. I have used GovernmentAuctions.org in the past and the beauty of the site is that they have a full access free trial. You could peruse all of their foreclosure listings as soon as you sign up. They also link you to all the pertinent information that you would need to know in order to get to a live auction. I have actually had tremendous luck with them and found a few homes in my current area (Florida) that went for a pretty good deal.
