What if my bank misses the foreclosure sale date?
It's been over 2 months and the Maricopa county records have not updated. I'm wondering if the bank missed the trustee sale and, if so, what happens next. Did I win a free house?

- I doubt they missed the sale although they could have postponed it. I think on line county property records just do not update on a timely basis. You will be forced to leave and house will be listed with a realtor for sale. If you have one of the forelcosure notices you could contract trustee to see if sherriff sale occured.
- No. They will reschedule the sale. Have you tried calling the county or your lender? Look at your notice of sale, there should be a trustees name and number on there. Call and ask them for the "sale results". Then you will find out what happened.
