- Your home to go into foreclosure if you owe $1 on it and don't pay. It doesn't matter how long you have been there.
- Sure- if you have not paid your mortgage. How long you ave lived there is completely immaterial. All that matters is if it is paid or not. I have not heard on the other things.
- Yes it can be foreclosed anytime you owe money and don't make your scheduled payments. Don't know about the gov thing.
- Yes.

- Yes. It does not matter how long you have lived in it. The bank does not care about that. They just want to get paid.
- It doesn't matter how long you've lived in your house. It can go into foreclosure anytime you are behind on your mortgage payments. If you are behind on payments, the best thing you can do is pick up the phone talk to your lender and ask them what assistance they can provide you to get back on track
- From what I understand unless your loan is backed by Fannie or Freddie, your out of luck. And yes, they can forclose on you if you are behind on your payments. Call them and see if you can refiinance
