i received a email from my cousin today and i read it and thought it was weird. i wanted to know was some of this stuff true. With the help of my brother, the governor of Florida, and my father's appointments to the Supreme Court, I became President of the United States, after losing by over 500,000 votes. Yes, it sounds about right, doesn't have anything on his cocaine use though. Can you believe he got two terms? Stranger than fiction. BTW take a look at "W" the movie. It looks to be very entertaining.
From my research, I'd say it all looks to be in order. Of course, this summation only covers about 1/10 of what various authors have uncovered about Bush's treasonous, criminal or minor offenses, which is probably about 1/10 of what he actually did that we don't know about yet. Cheney's or Rove's offenses would fill volumes.
Hate to say it...no wait I don't. But most of this is very true. It probably has a bit of an embellishment to it- since it is for sure a dig at GW...but really- it is mostly true. Lots of "Die-Hard" GW fans are going to say it isn't true- but you can look up most of this and find that it is. I have read some books about him- flattering and unflattering- and he is a screw up who has been rescued by his father and his father's friends all his life. As Ann Richards put it- "George W was born with a silver foot in his mouth."

Bush's DUI (at the age of 24) and his low grades... it sounds like he was a typical college student that went to school not so much for education but for "the experience" because he was also President of his chapter of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity...
