- Please show me where President Bush is located on the Republican ticket? I looked I can't find him.
- 1. although bush started the iraq war, Democrats historically have started more wars, Ever heard of the Vietnam War? Not to mention, Kosovo, Bosnia and both World Wars. 2. If you think republicans are bad at the economy, just wait for the democrats. 3. Democrats said bush hasn't given enough money to fannie mac and mae! 4. health costs would go even further under democrats, and the democrats main attack on healthcare isnt cost, they've been whining mostly about how the poor 45 million people dont have health insurance and the democrats claim they want to help them, but their plans inevtiable hurts them. democrats suck.
- ***yawn***. We support a McCain presidency. you guys are really wearing that thin. i can't believe you are actually siding with the terrorist that murdered 3000 Americans.

- Why do you Obama supporters feel the need to express yourself in such an ignorant way!!!! Get over it, some things don't need to be expressed or discussed. Just take yourself to the polls in Nov. and just vote for him. I myself will be voting for McCain/Palin because it's my right and I want too.
- If I could cast one more vote for Bush I would. If you think McCain is like Bush, then McCain will get my vote.
- Bush's performance as president has been pretty good, and his policies have worked very well. We needed to go into Afghanistan, and Iraq, and I could explain it all, but I doubt you'd get it. The economic plans have worked well. What isn't working is democrats blocking any kind of energy that is efficient, including drilling for oil, natural gas, hydro electric, nuclear and others that work. Wind and Solar are just not efficient enough to help the economy. Fuel prices are what is wrong with the economy right now. The housing thing wasn't great, but your buddy Bill Clinton set up Fanny Mae and Freddy Mac and got some of his buddies to run them, so don't think that's something you can pin on Bush. Bush got handed an economy that was in free fall. The tech bubble that made the economy under Clinton appear strong burst, while Clinton was still in office, so you can't blame Bush for that, even under the Stupid "on his watch" standard. We then had 911 which kicked our economy in the nads, and then Katrina. The economic numbers after the recovery from 911 and the Clinton recession came back to better than Clinton ever had, but the media lied about this, and kept pointing to bad sectors of the economy, but no matter how good the economy is, there will be some areas doing great, and some not so great. Under Clinton the press pointed to the great, under Bush the not so great as if those things represented the whole economy ... it obviously worked on you, because you don't understand what went on. Now we are having problems because of fuel prices, and the democrats want it that way so they can point to Bush and say there new buzz word I see you have brain washed into using ... "failed". The democrats and their obstruction of our getting to our own resources has caused the current very real mess, and they know it, and they just took off on vacation without dealing with it, because they want it this way, thinking it will help them win the election. If they didn't bail out the Mac and the Mae, the problems would really make you scream. You really want those guy bailed out, as much as that sucks. Health Care is a problem, but the democrats ideas on fixing it are disastrous. Much of the problem is caused by lawyers greedy practice, and that's a democrat thing. The AMA is a mess and shouldn't be allowed to govern our medical system. The drug companies are complicit with the AMA and none of them work for us, they use us for sheep and don't give us the best we could get. That's not a partisan problem, that's a problem no one has really dealt with well. Obama's plan would be a disaster. We don't have to wonder about this, Jimmy Carter already tried it and really messed up the economy. It's a stupid plan that ignores well known empirical economic data that tells us (as JFK knew when he cut taxes) that tax raises hurt the economy and actually end up bringing in less revenue. Lower taxes always bump up the economy and end up bring in more tax revenues because of increased economic activity. Obama is going to give us a middle class tax break? Yeah right, just like Clinton promised and broke that promise and gave us the largest tax hike in history right after he got into office. Is Obama different? Good for his word? NOT ... he already promised he would take public campaign financing, and called doing anything else evil ... then as soon as he finds out he can make more money without it, he changed his mind. Am I going to trust that guy again? Nope, because I'm not stupid. McCain would change what is broken, like ear mark spending that Obama gets 1 million $ of every day on average to spend on wasteful crap to help his political supporters and buy their votes. McCain wants to do away with all that waste, and I agree. That's why McCain is country first, because he want's to do what works, and most of what Bush did is what works best. Not that Bush was perfect, but his policy was pretty successful even if many misinformed dolts don't know it. The people we need McCain to step on are people who go to Washington to work for themselves, and get more out of partisan fighting and manipulation than working for the people. People who would tank our economy purposely through bad oil policy, just to gain political traction. People who would use the War as a political weapon and do whatever they could to make us loose, so they can point to Bush and say "failed!". Guys like Obama in other words are the people McCain and Palin plan to step on hard, and I like it!
- There are SO many misconceptions it is hard to believe. 3 out of 4 of our wars were initiated by Republican Presidents. Democrats did not get us into Vietnam. Eisenhower (Republican) sent the first troops into Vietnam. Johnson(Democrat) brought home the troops. Desert Storm was GWH Bush (Republican) Bosnia/Kosavo was support for UN peace keeping forces, Clinton (Democrat) Iraq and Afghanistan GW Bush (Republican)
