Why is Fannie Mae so nice to me?
I told them many times that I have absolutely no intention of paying for my house and that I won't qualify for their programs. But still, they keep being so nice, they even extended my foreclosure until after Jan 9. They're losing so much by being so nice to someone like me who told them my evil plans.

- If you do not plan to pay for your house, are you moving out soon? They are trying to work with you so you need to do your part by moving out especially since you have no intentions of trying to work with them. Fannie Mae is going by the recent change in the law designed to help those in trouble like you.
- maybe Fannie Mae was hoping you would change your mind. Are you not afraid that this foreclosure will remain on your credit record forever and that you will never be able to buy a house again. each economic cycle is temporary, just as the housing bubble was a cycle, housing prices will rebound. Although who knows when but with a foreclosure on your record especially one that could have been avoidable you may never qualify again for a mortgage
- I heard on the news the other day that both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have a moratorium on foreclosures until after the holidays. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
- They're smiling and being nice to you, but someone is typing up your eviction paperwork and they have the sherrifs office on their way with nails and boards to get you out of your home. You say you have no intention of paying for your house. You're a jerk. You say you have evil plans? What was the point of you making this post? To make yourself feel good? To make people think you're so cool because you're a rebel? Get a life! And have fun at the homeless shelter!
