Upcoming Foreclosures

I want a US Bank owned house that's not listed, how do I contact US bank directly?

I cannot get in touch with US Bank's real estate owned department. I cannot contact a realtor because this house has been taken off MLS. It's not sold, so I'm not sure how to go about getting this house. It went to foreclosure auction, and I was there to bid on it, but it was taken off the auction block just before it was to be auctioned. Now the foreclosure auction people can't tell me how to find it either. Any help is so appreciated!

  4. Usually when a property is taken off the auction block just before the auction, one of two things happened. Either the previous owner paid off the full balance of the loan (plus fees) allowing him/her to keep the property, or the lender sold the property to someone else. The only way to really know is by weaving through the bureaucratic maze of US Banks to identify the right department. Often this is only done with a couple of dozen phone call criss-crossing the country which takes a lot of tenacity. You might want to check the County tax record for the address where the tax bill will be sent (to identify a starting point in your search). Another way is to find a local Realtor who has listed other US Bank Properties and see if they can provide you a direct contact. I wish you the best of luck in this difficult task.
  5. There is a chance that the default was cured. The owner has (different in various states) up to five days before the auction to bring the payments up to date and maybe that is what happened. You can try and call the realtor that was handling the original listing as the owner may still be looking to sell. Good luck.
