Upcoming Foreclosures

I rent a hse in L.A & I believe it's in Foreclosure and my landlord hasn't said a word. What r my rights?Help?

I understand that Foreclosures are public information. I've been getting alot of junk mail re: forclosures, notice of sale, etc., addressed to my landlord. He hasn't said a word to me about it and avoids my calls. Do I continue to pay rent?

1. I cant say for sure in Ca. but in my state if you stop paying rent you can be evicted whether or not the house is in foreclosure. If the property is sold the new owner is obligated to abide by the rental agreement. Good Luck
