How can I qualify for HUD mortgage relief program when I own multiple properties?

As of October 1st, there are a few HUD mortgage relief program for distressed homeowners, I qualify for these programs with one exception. i own (1) rental property in addition to my primary residence. does anyone know how I can still qualify to take advantage of this relief program before my home goes into foreclosure?

  1. No, the program is for people with no assets trying to save the homes they live in. You are not only a RE investor, you have assets you can sell. The program is not about increasing your profit margin.
  2. It is for individuals having a hard time with one loan, not for someone that has a business of buying and renting multiple properties. I see no way for you to get any help through them. Sorry.
