How can I qualify for HUD mortgage relief program when I own multiple properties?
As of October 1st, there are a few HUD mortgage relief program for distressed homeowners, I qualify for these programs with one exception. i own (1) rental property in addition to my primary residence. does anyone know how I can still qualify to take advantage of this relief program before my home goes into foreclosure?

- No, the program is for people with no assets trying to save the homes they live in. You are not only a RE investor, you have assets you can sell. The program is not about increasing your profit margin.
- It is for individuals having a hard time with one loan, not for someone that has a business of buying and renting multiple properties. I see no way for you to get any help through them. Sorry.
