reo property contractor?

How would I ,as a contractor go about becoming a contractor for reo properties or for bank foreclosures in the state of michigan. I believe it is referred to as a 3rd party contractor.Your help is appreciated!!

1. Try contacting your local REO realtor, there's usually a few that are picked by the bank in certain areas to handle the REO. Good Luck
2. as one of the others said, call the local REO real estate agents! also, why not find junky RE in your area, buy it and fix it up and lease-purchase it out?! Thus, you can become your own best customer! I will teach you how free.
