has anyone gotten a foreclosure notice and still saved their home? I need to know what to do, if anything? I read something about HUD taking over and I might be able to qualify to stay temporarly? help please...

1. If you file bankruptcy they might be able to help you reaffirm your home loan, if nothing else it will keep them from foreclosing until after you go to court, will give you some time to make other living arrangements if it comes down to that.
