How do we get on the list to foreclosure property being "Sold" Auction to the higher bidder in the state of Oregon, City of Portland, Multnomah County Courthouse Stairs "the Nod". ? In addition, who conducts the sale of said properties ?

3. If you want the fresh leads than go down to the tax assessor office daily. If you want two week old leads than go to www.realtytrac.com. A local title company can give you this information as well but you end up with the same information as the website I provided.
