Summary: I put $300 on the HUD for legal services and the lender never puts up a fuss about it protects them too If they do I pay the lawyer out of my own commissions and it is worth every penny If you know a good real estate lawyer in your area this may be worth looking into If there are lawyers reading this I would really like your feedback on this Thanks everyone and CYA all
